Referral Services:

KetaminaMD provides referral and connection services. KetaminaMD connects you with and facilitates your connection to licensed healthcare providers who provide healthcare services. KetaminaMD itself does not provide healthcare services. By using KetaminaMD, you acknowledge that all telemedicine services, including consultations, prescriptions, and healthcare advice, are provided by these licensed healthcare providers and not by KetaminaMD.

Case Management Services:

KetaminaMD provides case management services, specifically coordination and advocacy services to reduce healthcare costs through better care coordination. We work with licensed healthcare providers and other parties to arrange services and advocate on your behalf to ensure you receive proper care and support. Licensed healthcare providers may use KetaminaMD-branded communications to facilitate your healthcare services. KetaminaMD does not store or retain your Protected Health Information (PHI) or other sensitive data. See our Privacy Policy for data handling details.

Accurate Information:

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when interacting with KetaminaMD. Providing false or incomplete information may result in an inability to connect you to a licensed healthcare provider.

Lawful Use:

You agree to use KetaminaMD solely for lawful purposes. You will not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the functionality of our website or its associated systems.

KetaminaMD provides its website on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on our website. KetaminaMD does not warrant that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KetaminaMD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or the healthcare services we refer.
